Contact

Contacts enables the entry and management of contacts (people and organizations), such as your client and their family, staff, product partners, and their relations to one another. FinConPro offers you all the fields necessary for a financial service provider, and includes all the legally relevant areas, such as FIDLEG, MiFID, or money laundering.

Activities

The Activities module supports the creation, delegation, and tracking of tasks, with a connection to the respective relevant client and/or contract data. You can also create and manage journal entries, for example as a record of meeting content or evidence of activity.

Calendar

With the Calendar, you can set and edit appointments, including ones with multiple participants. The calendar view displays the appointments in optional daily, weekly, and monthly grids. All the important data you enter here in one of the financial plans is stored for life: funds that are being spent, life insurance and investments. This means that you will be able to keep an eye on all opportunities for new business.

Correspondence

This module supports the writing of emails and letters as individual or serial correspondence and their systematic filing. You can choose from a range of templates provided for your correspondence, or you can create your own.

Documents

Documents enables the storage and management of internally created or imported documents in the recognized or manually allocated context (e.g. for the right client, contract, process etc.) You can create context-based, intelligent, and filterable document lists.

Products

Products is the definition of marketable products as templates for concluded contracts: central pre-assignment of contract content, definition of commission rules, classification of risk levels etc. Here, we also provide current templates for financial products and insurance policies.

Contracts

You can store savings, investment and insurance contracts signed by the client, and other agreed services, as a contract. This function is set up so that it can be used directly during client consultations for working on plans. Creation is easy and convenient with the use of the “Products” module.

Comprehensive management and processing of contract-based bonuses and continuous payment, and ongoing brokerage fees. Importing of supplied commission lists and their settlement with payables determined in-house, multi-level settlement for brokers including billable fixed sums, base salaries, guarantee commission, and fixed deductions or cost-sharing. Automatic consideration of contract amendments/mutations.

This module enables the automatic new logging of clients and contract data by importing the net data from the clients’ tax returns.

With this module, you can create the tax return for your client on the basis of the personal, income and pension data, in consideration of stored contracts.

Electronic Questionnaire

The electronic questionnaire takes you digitally through the sales consultation, and can be configured based on your specifications. When you are with the client, you can enter their details directly on a tablet or laptop using a pen or keyboard. The data are then logged directly in the system.

Reporting

With the Reporting feature, you can create standardized analyses and statistics using your existing data, e.g. for sales forecasts, staff performance, and client statistics.
